I have eaten here since I was born, and after moving away, Szechuan House is the restaurant I miss the most by far. AMAZING food. Lovely staff. The dumplings with chilli vinaigrette, tea smoked duck, bean curd in spicy sauce, crispy whole fish in sweet and sour sauce, whole fish with bean paste, spicy beef jerky, egg drop soup (amazing amount of food for the price, so much flavor) and the sliced potatoes in oil come HIGHLY reccomended from me. But the braised fish fillet in hot chili oil is one of my favorite foods ever, if you don't like fish get just the braised vegetables in hot chili oil, it's still so good. I know I mentioned the egg drop soup, but honestly everything is very reasonable prices, great to feed alot of people. Their lo mein is the perfect lo mein, to me. It's not the fanciest place in the world but it is such a lovely and comfortable atmosphere, always so clean, lots of big tables so bring your friends and family. Food comes out so fast. The owners are really really nice. It's the first place I am going out to eat when I am back in town.

Stopped in for lunch and it was a great experience. Not busy, seated and helped right away. Drinks came right out, food shortly after. Very good food. We had chicken and mixed vegetables and chicken lo mein, plus a wonton soup and an egg roll. Lunch specials are very reasonable. Will definitely come back!

In a sea of fake Americanized Chinese food, authentic Sichuan can be found here. This is not your typical diabetes sugar loaded Chinese. Buyer beware, this whole region in China is known for heavy use of hot Szechuan peppers so the food is spicy. Will be coming back with the family for sure!

Went there for Christmas lunch with family and had a wonderful experience!! The food was fresh, flavorful and cooked with a lot of love and care. The restaurant is clean, tastefully decorated, and has a cozy pleasant atmosphere. The vegetarians in our group enjoyed the Eggplant in Garlic Sauce, Chow Fun Noodles and Veg Fried Rice. Others enjoyed the Hunan Chicken, Chicken Fried Rice & Chongqing Spicy Crispy Chicken. Portion size was very generous! We had a birthday in our group and the staff went above and beyond to make the birthday girl feel special! Wonderful, friendly service and welcoming staff members! We will surely return again to try other menu items!!
